FacebookというSNSに入っておりまして、ここには昨年Santa Barbaraお世話になったBenjamin Silverはじめ色々なワインメーカーがメンバーです。去年の6月Lompocのワイナリー（と言うよりほとんど醸造施設そのもの）にOpen Houseで訪れ少しお話しし、翌週のPinot Daysでも講演を聴きブースでも話をしたPeter Cargasacchiですが、Facebookで発見し図々しくもお友達にして貰ってます。そのPeterからお知らせが来ました。今週末LompocでOpen Houseだそうです。先日、ロゼみたいなピノグリはワイン会で飲ませていただきましたが、シャルドネはどうなんでしょうかね？ 写真は、熊さんではなくPeterその人。
そのときティスティングしたPoint Concepción Celestina Pinot Grigio。

Benjamin SilverからもFacebookで案内が来ました。４日間の通しVISAがあって、彼のワイナリーもLompocでのフェスティバルに参加するようです。４日間の通しVISAがあるようです。PeterもOpen Houseなんですね。 Benjaminのワインを置いているLos OlivosのワインショップWine Countryでもティスティングを大々的にやるようです。
今週末は、サンタバーバラに行きたかったなあ。Benjaminはサンタバーバラで少年少女に合気道を教えてる大の日本びいき。 一昨年結婚したばかりの奥様と。
